In this post, I’ve collected the top of my favorite Sims 4 tattoo cc I keep coming back for, over and over again! I’m sure you will love them as much as I do!
Nothing tells your Sims’ personal stories quite like tattoos.
Whether it’s the good times, the tough times, what they’ve learned, or just their likes and dislikes – it’s awesome to use their bodies as a canvas to tell their tales without saying a single word.
Up to this day, it bugs me a bit that the base game tattoo options are so limited and get generic and boring so fast!
That’s why I’m always turning to and digging into custom content. There are so many creative Simmers out there, making our game more beautiful and diverse!
Obviously, I couldn’t fit every single tattoo that’s awesome into this list, but I’ve picked out my absolute top go-tos that I keep using in my game. I hope you’ll love them too!

Here comes another Sims 4 tattoo cc pack with 5 perfect tattoos that I totally love!
One of them is like a masterpiece you’d find on a goddess. And if you’re into colorful tattoos, there’s one with beautiful purple floral tattoos and another with stunning red roses.

This Bad Santa tattoo is pretty cool and has a bit of an evil, sarcastic vibe. It is a great choice for a real bad boy Sim!

The Graham tattoo is a bold upper arm tattoo with a clear dog theme. It comes in 3 different swatches with different opacities!
8. Billy Sims 4 Tattoo CC Set by Lisatrait
This Billy Sims 4 tattoo cc is super cute and simple.
It’s got, for example, angels, flowers just in the right sizes – not too big, not too small. Plus, there are words like “power” and “angel” and a tattoo with a single year number – in total, there are 11 swatches.
My absolute favorite one, though, is a tattoo cc of two Scorpios forming a heart. It is super cute but dangerous at the same time!

I tend to go for the grey poison version because it’s more neutral, but the green one really brings in some color! ☺️ Perfect for Halloween!

But because it’s so bold and cultural, I don’t put it on my Sims all the time. Every now and then, though, I’ll give it to one character or another for that wow factor.

I think it’s an awesome addition to the game. This style is super popular in the real world, and we’ve definitely been missing it in the game!

These abstract designs are magical with clear and beautiful lines – they look super powerful and cool! They’d be perfect on a warrior Sim but honestly, they’d look great on any character, no matter what they do or their gender.

Wow, I’m totally in love with back tattoos, especially such delicate and elegant ones! Think butterflies, flowers, tigers, and cool quotes down the spine – I adore them all!
