I love playing with occult Sims! Adding magic and fantasy to our regular Sims world is just amazing! But Sims 4 werewolves really stand out imo—they’re so adorably chaotic and cool, and they add so many new storylines and gameplay options!
We waited a long time for the werewolves game pack, and I think it was worth the wait – it quickly became a favorite of so many Simmers!
The first time I played the pack, I couldn’t stop for like 10 hours straight! I fell in love with Moonwood Mill, even though it has so few lots (is it like only five or so?!).
Still, despite much love for the Werewolves pack, many players were disappointed with how the werewolves looked—too cartoony, too simmish or furry.
Some want them scarier, others cuter, and some just don’t think they fit the game. So, I know a lot of us have been searching for custom content to make our werewolves match our vision and their unique temperaments (or release their inner beast, haha 😜)!
Today, I’ve collected some of my personal Sims 4 werewolf cc favorites and wanted to share them with you. Should we get started?

1. Sims 4 Werewolf CC Scar Override by Softerhaze
Wow, what a beautiful work by Softerhaze! These stunning werewolf scars show up on top of skin overlays and details.
2. Alpha Wolf – Overlay for Werewolves by Sewer Sims
Oh wow, this Sims 4 werewolf cc overlay by Sewer Sims is awesome! You get 7 swatches to choose from, like buff, skinny, and fat.
There’s also an extra file without face details if you don’t like the eye shadowing on your werewolves.
3. Werwolwes Default Noses and Lips by Ortelassa Goldstein
Tired of that heavy werewolf eyeliner? With this cc, you can say goodbye to it for good!
You’ll also get a more natural, transparent look for the nose and mouth (and recolored paws if you wish!).
4. Knit Hat for Werewolves by Aith
I love knit clothes for werewolves—I think they just fit the style perfectly. This knit hat by AithSims4 is lovely, comes in 11 colors, and can be worn by both your human and werewolf Sims.
5. Werewolf Metamorphosis Legs by Owlery
This Sims 4 werewolf cc changes the legs and feet.
You can download it as a wolf feet-only default replacement or as a legs and feet non-default bottom. This way, your werewolf’s look won’t be affected if they wear clothes.
6. Dolce V2 Sims 4 Werewolf CC by Wrixie
Wow, these non-default werewolf eyes come in 76 different swatches! That’s crazy!
Eyes are the most magnetic part of a werewolf—they connect their different states, don’t you think? That’s why I love modifications to their eyes – every little detail can change the whole look of your werewolf!
7. Ripped Sims 4 Werewolf CC Jacket by Utopya_CC
This jacket is super cool, especially on your werewolves! Actually, I think it hasn’t gotten the love it deserves yet, so you should try it.
When your Sim transforms into a werewolf, the scratches on the jacket open up, making it look really badass and torn. I love the idea and realism behind it!
8. Sims 4 Werewolves Accessories by Lustrousims
These werewolf accessories are converted to the base game for both female and male Sims.
You get two necklaces, rings, a bracelet, a pair of earrings, and a pair of leggings.
9. Full Moon Boots CC by Trillyke
Here’s another conversion from the Werewolves Game Pack, this time for the boots! I love this new version with the higher platform—it looks so much cooler!
And now it’s base game compatible for both male and female Sims.
10. Werewolf Body Stuff Packs (Tails and Legs) by SpinningPlumbobs
Here’s a Sims 4 werewolf cc pack with two items: two tail styles (with or without the texture from the werewolf’s back) and animalistic werewolf legs.
These tails are great if you want to pick a specific swatch for it, and the legs are a lifesaver if you’re not happy with their default human-like look!
11. Gavin’s Scars by Helgatisha
Scars are a must for gameplay with werewolves, right? Check out these beautiful cheek and torso scars by Helgatisha.
They work for both genders, come in 14 swatches, and are base game compatible.

These baseball caps are just for werewolves, but they work for both frames! I love its playful look, and you can choose from 4 colors.
15. Baby Monster – Mini Teeth Set by Yooniesim
This baby monster mini teeth set includes 5 sets of werewolf fangs for your supernatural Sims. They will help you to create that perfect grin for your Sims! I think these teeth look great on werewolves!
They are available for all frames and genders, teen+, and are base game compatible.

This Sims 4 werewolf cc was created before the werewolves game pack, so you might not need it anymore.
But maybe on the opposite, you’d love to compliment your pack with these sweet wolf ear accessories! They’re base game compatible and come in three heights to fit your Sim’s hair.

These ears (in two sizes) and noses by Cloudcat are super cute! They’re great if you want to try werewolf accessories without turning your Sims into werewolves.

This Sims 4 cc isn’t just for werewolves, of course, but I think it’s a must-have for more realistic gameplay with the Werewolves GP! These face bruises by Nell look incredibly real!
19. Silver Bullet Earrings CC Set by Yooniesim
This silver bullet earring set for your werewolves gives you 36 earring options (yep, 36!!), like stars, flowers, hoops with charms, coins, plugs, and more!
You’ll definitely find a few designs you love, or rather, you will have some trouble choosing just one! Some earrings might not fit perfectly with certain ears, so try a few if something looks off.
20. Sims 4 Skintone Details N5 by Cosimetic
I think this skin detail is perfect for werewolf characters in their human form! I think it’s weird if your werewolf Sims look completely human, and you can’t tell there’s something supernatural about them in their human form.

29. Bigger Sims 4 Werewolf CC Teeth by Owlery
Here’s a cool tweak to the Maxis werewolf teeth that I think is great!
These teeth are a bit bigger than the EA version, making them look more authentic. Plus, there’s a mouth texture overlay included.
You can download these big teeth for the werewolf form as either a default or an extra version.
